What you need
Exporter registration with ProDominicana, INTABACO requirements, commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration (DUA), certificate of origin, and labels that meet the destination’s rules. For the U.S., the manufacturer’s FDA tobacco establishment registration and product listing, FDA prior notice, and an importer with the correct TTB permit to pay federal excise tax.
